Shipping & Return Policy

• Tracking numbers are provided with each order.

• All Things By Mahogini does not provide International shipping yet, but will begin soon. Updates will be announced.

•  Under no circumstance does All Things By Mahogini ship to unconfirmed addresses due to fraud and theft. All addresses are to be confirmed through paypal and or stripe upon checkout.

          Postal Damage

• All Things By Mahogini is not responsible for the Postal service delaying, damaging, stealing or losing your package. All items are examined thoroughly before shipping to its final destination. Once the package is delivered to the post office and a tracking number has been issued, All Things By Mahogini is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Including insurance in your shipping cost will help to protect your package if items are damaged during delivery.

        Time Frame

• Some orders may take up to 3-5 business days before shipping, depending on special orders.

• All orders placed over the weekend (Fri-Sun) will have a Monday order date.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, all skincare products are non refundable.

Please do not return any item without contacting us at www.mahogini.com. Customers are welcome to submit an email with a photo of the item, within 48 hours after receiving their order. In the subject line, please be sure to include "Product Issue".

If a refund/exchange is agreed upon, all products being returned must be unused and at 90% capacity in order to receive another item. Please include original packaging. Failure to do so will result in no refund/exchange of item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
